General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between Shopping du Sud (hereinafter "the Seller") and any buyer (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase on the shoppingdusud.com website.

2. Scope of Application

These GTCS apply to all sales concluded on the shoppingdusud.com website. Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these GTCS.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are plus-size clothing for women. Product photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product received, especially concerning colors.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC). The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order validation.

5. Order

The Customer places their order online on the shoppingdusud.com website. The sale is deemed concluded upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer as soon as the order is validated.

6. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or any other payment method offered on the website. Transactions are secured.

7. Delivery

Orders are shipped to mainland France and the served countries indicated on the website. The delivery time is 8 to 12 working days from order confirmation. These deadlines are indicative. In case of delay, the Customer will be informed by email. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays due to external causes (carrier, customs, etc.).

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision by email to: lesshoppingdusud@gmail.com.

9. Returns and Refunds

Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with their labels. Return shipping costs are at the Customer's expense. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return, using the same payment method as that used during the order.

10. Warranties

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

11. Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product. The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

12. Personal Data

Personal data collected during the order is used only for its processing and customer relationship. In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has a right to access, rectify and delete their data by contacting: lesshoppingdusud@gmail.com.

13. Disputes and Mediation

In case of dispute, the Customer may resort to conventional mediation or any other alternative dispute resolution method. Failing amicable resolution, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction. The Customer may also resort to the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
